Progressive Rock > The Black Noodle Project
The Black Noodle Project was originally conceived as a solo project of Jeremie Grima.
After a few months writing and recording what would become the 2003 demo "Dark Smiles…"he decided to transform The Black Noodle Project from a solo vehicle into a full band.
Their first album full-length album "And Life Goes On..." was recorded during the summer of 2004 with Arnaud Rousset on drums, Anthony Leteve on bass, Matthieu Jaubert on keyboards and Jeremie on guitars and vocals.
Shortly after the recording sessions, Arnaud left the band and was replaced by drumer Franck Girault. Around this time Sebastien Bourdeix also joined the band as a second guitarist.
This new line-up toured heavily around Paris for a year before starting work on their follow up album. "Play Again" was released in June 2006.
In late 2006 Matthieu announced he was leaving the band. The remaining members decided to carry on without adding a new keyboard player.
Franck Girault left the band in the mid-2007 and was replaced by Fabrice Berger.
