ZEN ROCK AND ROLL IS SIGNED TO PROGROCK RECORDS AND RELEASE “END OF THE AGE” Rancho Santa Margarita, CA – 10 March 2003 -- Zen Rock and Roll seeks to expand the scope of rock music with idioms from various musical genres and compositional techniques akin to classical and romantic music. The music is for people who like sounds, thoughtful melodies, colorful harmonies, and artfully composed pieces that strive beyond the narrow forms and subjects of current American pop music. Though possessing obvious intellectual components, it is, in the tradition of rock music, vibrant, dionysian, and meant to stir the emotion. "I'm excited to be on board at ProgRock Records.
