Under the Sun signed with ProgRock Records

Very exciting news for me personally today. We've signed the band Under The Sun to ProgRock Records. You can read all the details in the press release here. We're going to be releasing a live album shortly with a new studio album early in 2005. The reason this is exciting for me is that ProgRock Records was founded as a direct result of conversations I had with Chris Shryack of UTS. So thanks Chris, and glad to have you with us.

We are really having an amazing month here at ProgRock Records with our new signings and new releases, and we're very happy to tell you about the 2nd Chain album "chain.exe" that is now available for order. There are a lot of special guests on this album, but you can read all about it here.

Little Atlas to open for Chicago and Earth Wind & Fire

Can you believe it? Our very own Little Atlas opening for Chicago and Earth Wind & Fire at SoundAdvice Music Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach, boy are those people in for a big treat. The show is on July 28th. We take the stage at 6:00 PM followed by Earth, Wind, and Fire and then Chicago. This is a great opportunity for us, playing a Clearchannel venue for a great audience. FROGG CAFÉ RE-RELEASES THEIR FIRST ALBUM "FROGG CAFE"

"Frogg Cafe" is the 2001 self titled, ground breaking debut release from this former Frank Zappa cover band that introduced them to the world. Originally only released as hand assembled CDR's, this CD has never been widely available. This re-release is not only freshly and professionally mastered, it includes a never before released, and otherwise completely unavailable eight and half minute live track "Kandy Korn". The masters were sent to Andreas Meyer at SONY music in NYC and he did a great job
ProgRock Records Acquired by WMD Holdings

I have a big announcement to share with you. Last week we finalized a deal to sell ProgRock Records to WMD Holdings stock symbol WMDH on the OCTBB. No WMD doesn't stand for Weapons of Mass Destruction in this case, it's the initials of the founders. Basically Henning Pauly of Chain and Frameshift fame works for a couple of WMD's divisions and this is how we met and got talking. "The Birthright Circle" from Zen Rock and Roll Now Released

"The Birthright Circle" is the second CD release from Zen Rock and Roll. It is composed and recorded in the spirit of the British symphonic rock movement of the early 1970's. Tracks include the dysfunctionally angry Thanatos, the agnostically advisory Anthem, the ironically upbeat Richard, and the 23 minute realistically hopeful Circle.
